International Delivery

Delivery to Europe

We charge a flat shipping rate of £22 per order to deliver to the following European countries.

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Republic of Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland. Jersey and Guernsey also fall within this delivery service.

For all other countries outside of those stated above, please email info@twizzell.co.uk for a delivery quote. 

Duties and taxes

Your completed order value covers the purchase of all products and delivery to your stated address.  However, if applicable, you will be responsible for any duties and taxes incurred for shipping to the destination.  You, as the customer, will be responsible for paying these charges, which is normally arranged by the courier. If left unpaid, or if a customer rejects their item at the time of delivery, the shipping cost to return that item to us will be deducted from the original product price customer refund.
