Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after purchasing your item to request a return. After 14 days has passed you will no longer be eligible for a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We are happy to accept returns, only if the items are unworn, unused and in the same condition with packaging and labels still attached.

Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment or in the form of a credit note. Please note refunds take 5-10 working days to process.
Postage and Packaging are non-refundable and must be returned at your expense.
If an item is out of stock we will contact you immediately to arrange a refund or exchange.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We also cannot accept refunds on jewellery, scrunchies and boxer shorts.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
